actus ag, based in Gamprin-Bendern, is a tax consultancy firm in the Principality of Liechtenstein with professionals in Germany, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
Tasks
- Comprehensive application and interpretation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Support in the preparation of IFRS financial statements for national and international clients
- Carrying out IFRS analyses and valuations
- Pillar 2 consulting
- Advising clients on IFRS guidelines and compliance
- Active participation in the development of IFRS training programmes
- Participating in meetings with clients to explain IFRS-related topics
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, finance or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the application and implementation of IFRS, ideally in a tax consulting environment
- Sound knowledge of national and international accounting standards
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex financial data
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Team-orientated approach and ability to work under pressure
