Our processing of the personal data of our users is limited to those necessary for the provision of a functional website and our content and services. The processing of the personal data of our users is only carried out for the purposes listed below and if there is a legal basis (in the sense of the DSGVO). Only personal data that are required for the implementation and processing of our tasks and services or that you have voluntarily provided to us are collected.

Description and scope of data processing

 

1. Provision of the website 

Each time our website is called up, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer. 

The following data is collected in this process: 

  • Information about the browser type and the version used. 
  • The operating system of the user 
  • The user's Internet service provider 
  • The IP address of the user 
  • Date and time of access 
  • Internet pages from which the user's system accesses our website  

We store this information for a maximum period of 2 months. It is held for data security reasons to ensure our system's stability and operational reliability. 

We analyze the use of our website with the web analysis tool Google Analytics 4: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de. This is used exclusively to optimize the website for user-friendliness and to provide helpful information about our services. This data is not merged with other personal data sources or passed on to third parties.  

The legal basis for temporarily storing the data and the log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. 

No personal analysis takes place. The analyses are based on anonymized data records. 

The statistical evaluations are stored for two months. 

 

2. Cookies  

We use cookies on our website to make our offer user-friendly. When you visit our site, cookies are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your terminal device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.). The cookies remain stored until you delete them, which allows us to recognize your browser on your next visit.  

If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies when you allow them in individual cases. However, deactivation will mean that you will not be able to use all the functions of our website.

The legal basis for the data processed by cookies is Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO.

The cookies remain valid for two years and are then deleted by your browser.

 

3. Contact form  

If you fill out a contact form or send us an email or other electronic message, your information will only be stored for processing the request, possibly related to further questions, and will only be used in the context of the request.

The legal basis for processing your request is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a or b DSGVO.

We will delete your data after your request has been dealt with. 

 

Data security

When visiting our website, we use the widespread TLS procedure in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in your browser's address bar.

In addition, we use other appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Your rights (data subject rights)

You have the right to request information about your data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the types of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, data transfer, the origin of your data if we have not collected it, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling.  

You also have the right to revoke any consent you may have given to use your data at any time.
